A rogue faction has stolen the Pacific Northwest from the United States and proclaimed it Cascadia.  War breaks out and tensions rise as global powers take sides.  Romanov hosts a summit in Sitka to foster peace, but a terrorist plot is hatched that could result in another Day of Fire. Our heroes must band together to save the day and face a final showdown with the Reverend President Thaddeus E. Tubwell.
